The SENSOR method is a modular questionnaire that provides a clear overview of the sources of stress and motivation at your organisation. It’s a science-based method of measuring and comparing levels of well-being at your organisation and determining the actions necessary to improve well-being.
However, SENSOR is much more than a legally-required psychological risk analysis. It also measures your employees’ engagement and pleasure at work. We strongly believe in the added value of these positive well-being indicators.
After the analysis, we provide you with a list of priorities based on the results and describe the potential actions you can take to improve in these areas. This enables you to actively encourage the engagement and productivity of your employees.
